To become of member of the American Fisheries Society, Fisheries Information Technology Section, one must be a member in good standing of the American Fisheries Society.  The Society's dues varies and AFSFITS membership is $5 annually for professional's and FREE for students. To join American Fisheries Society and the Fisheries information Technology Section visit the AFS Membership page.  There you will find information on membership types, dues, and can access the online service to Join or Renew your membership.  During the online membership process, you are given the opportunity to join AFSFITS, as well as other Subunits.
